Refund requests should be made within 7 days after receiving the order. We reserve the right to decline a refund request if it is not made within the 7 day period after the order arrives at the customer or if it does not meet the terms outlined in our Return Policy. We recommend that you contact us before requesting a refund.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests for the following product types:
- Customized products
- Opened products
- Damaged products
- Once we receive a request, we will contact the customer within 3 working days.
- Once we approve the refund, please return the refund item(s) within 3 working days and send a message to us to notify us. Please also attach the name of the courier and the tracking number.
- Once we receive the refund item(s), we will verify and complete the refund within 3 working days.
This shop does not provide exchanges.
- Also, regarding the shipping fees for the return, if the consumer has already paid for the shipping fee upon purchase, KUMY would be responsible for the shipping fee on the returned items. If the consumer did not pay for shipping on the corresponding purchase, the consumer would be responsible for the shipping fee on the return.
