商品鑑賞期

依照消費者保護法規定,從商品抵達您手上開始即擁有7天商品鑑賞期 (7天含假日)。
如有退貨需求,請於收到商品7天內聯絡客服人員,並提供「姓名」、「訂單編號」、「連絡電話」、「退貨商品名稱」、「退貨原因及照片」等資料,客服人員收到後將會協助您進行退換貨。
※若您已收到紙本發票,退貨時請連同「購物發票」一併退回。

退換貨須知

退款申請須於收到商品後隔日起算 7 日內提出,若申請逾時或不符合古邁退貨政策條件範圍,古邁有權拒絕退貨,請在提交申請前與客服人員溝通。

以下商品類型不接受客人因個人因素申請退款:

1.客製化商品

2.己開封使用

3.包裝破損

 

退款流程

古邁會在收到申請後的 3 個工作天內聯繫消費者。古邁同意寄回後,請在 3 個工作天內,將完整的商品寄出,並以電話或來信告知(請將使用物流單位及寄件編號一併附上,避免增加來回溝通的時間)。

 

退款說明

古邁在收到商品後的 3 個工作天內會確認商品狀態並完成退款程序。

 

古邁不提供換貨服務 

如對商品或訂單有疑問,請以站內信或來電詢問客服人員。

另,退貨運費計算方式,若購買時己付運費,則退貨時運費由古邁付擔。若購買時未付運費則需由消費者負擔。

 

Refunds

If you have any questions about any items, we recommend that you contact us before purchasing. A conversation beforehand can sufficiently reduce the potential time, energy and expenses needed for the refund process.

Refund requests should be made within 7 days after receiving the order. We reserve the right to decline a refund request if it is not made within the 7 day period after the order arrives at the customer or if it does not meet the terms outlined in our Return Policy. We recommend that you contact us before requesting a refund.

 

We reserve the right to decline refund requests for the following product types:

  • Customized products
  • Opened products
  • Damaged products

Refund process

  • Once we receive a request, we will contact the customer within 3 working days.
  • Once we approve the refund, please return the refund item(s) within 3 working days and send a message to us to notify us. Please also attach the name of the courier and the tracking number.
  • Once we receive the refund item(s), we will verify and complete the refund within 3 working days.
    This shop does not provide exchanges.
  • Also, regarding the shipping fees for the return, if the consumer has already paid for the shipping fee upon purchase, KUMY would be responsible for the shipping fee on the returned items. If the consumer did not pay for shipping on the corresponding purchase, the consumer would be responsible for the shipping fee on the return.
